The duMONT Company began producing precision broaching tools in 1945 and was formally incorporated in Greenfield, Massachusetts in 1947. Its Minute Man® line became one of the industry’s best-known names for dependable keyway broaches, broach sets, bushings, and shims.

Eric Hagopian acquired duMONT in 2016, and Pilot Precision Products was formed in 2019 to consolidate duMONT, Hassay Savage, Magafor USA, and GMauvais USA.
